Terms, fees, case coordination and privacy

Initial review

Submitting this application asks Palladium Law Limited to review the information and assess whether it can assist. Submission does not itself create an engagement and does not guarantee recovery or any particular outcome.

Fees

No upfront payment is required for this application review. If funds are successfully recovered and actually received by you, the proposed service fee is 15% of the amount received, subject to a separate written Engagement Agreement and applicable requirements. No fee is due on unrecovered funds or balances only displayed on a platform.

Case coordination

If Palladium Law Limited accepts the matter and you enter into a signed Engagement Agreement, case coordination or any exclusive appointment applies only as stated in that agreement. This is intended to avoid conflicting instructions or duplicate recovery activity.

This does not restrict your right to communicate with your bank, payment provider, cryptocurrency exchange, police, regulator, ombudsman or court, or to obtain independent legal advice.

Confidentiality

Any confidentiality obligations relating to non-public case strategy, internal correspondence, reports or instructions will be governed by the signed Engagement Agreement and applicable law.

Privacy

Information and identity material submitted here are processed for enquiry review, identity verification, case assessment, communication and steps requested by you. See the Privacy Notice.
